NTS Group has developed a range of innovative repair techniques, using new technologies and materials, to establish a portfolio of approved repairs designed to extend the life and availability of high value downhole tools, including; Measuring While Drilling (MWD), Logging while drilling (LWD), non-mag drill collars and other drilling accessories.

Weld Repairs: Stub weld, ID bore, up-/down-hole seals, grooves, bearings, cracked ports, modified boxes, Seal Face reinstatement, full source bore reinstatement, full body build-up

Hatch Repairs: Bolt Hole cracks, elongations, full depth reinstatement

Hardfacing: HF5000, T2A, laser cladding

Upgrades: Hinges, X-ports, TSS, oversize ports, collar conversion

Bolts: Mill & remove stuck/broken bolts and taps

Antennas: Full/segment replacement, full/partial burnout, cartridge upgrades

Drilling: Long gun drilling (Ø 4.9 – 8.0mm), alignment pin replacement
